Job Description
  • Handling HR Administration.
  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Maintain and handle data in HR Management System (HRIS).
  • Responsible in health insurance database and payment to provider.
  • Preparing and maintaining BPJS Kesehatan monthly calculation for the payment.
  • Handling the filling system of Administration documentation.
  • Maintain and handle attendance for all employees (sick, leave, ect).
  • Assist to handling historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality matters related compensation and benefit data employees.
  • Perform other administrative duties that may assigned by supervisor.
  • Give excellence service to all staff related to Human Resource Operation functions.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Max age 35 years old;
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Experience in HR Generalist;
  • Good knowledge in using MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point);
  • Detail oriented and Strong analytical skills including analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data;
  • Excellent at taking initiatives, responsible, dicipline and fast learned.
  • Good Communication Skill in English both verbal and witten;

Palm Oil Program Manager

Location : Koltiva Main Office, Jakarta

Managing

  • Manage the program to ensure all the palm oil program activities are on track based on term and conditions of PT Koltiva.
  • Establish a scope of regional team-work according to strategy plan, implementation plan, target and milestones guided by management of PT Koltiva.
  • Organize and control regional staffs to achieve project’s objectives and targets that align with the scope of regional work.
  • Encourage and ensure all regional staffs to work professionally in accordance with regulation and procedure of PT Koltiva.
  • Identify problem and evaluate risks in program activity and take the right action to manage with solution.

Coaching
  • Supervise regional staffs by giving direction, recommendation, and feedback.
  • Provide assistance to staffs in arranging individual scope of work and the implementation.
  • Ensure that regional staffs have obtained an orientation and joined a training that accordance with standard of PT Koltiva.
  • Provide assistance to farmers, group, agents, mills and other significant actors as necessary.

Inspecting and data collection
  • Structure and execute data collecting and survey activities with the farmers and their plantation lands.
  • Train staffs to use digital platform of PalmOilTrace to collect data and conduct an inspection.
  • Ensure all the plantation lands owned by certificated farmers have been recorded, mapped, and measured, using PalmOilTrace or GeoTrace application.
  • Ensure the data has been completed and valid before it syncs to server.

Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate regional staffs in their work space to make sure the data collecting and inspection have been implemented according to plan and procedure of PT Koltiva.
  • Monitor and evaluate regional staff performances.
  • Ensure that all activities on the ground, have professionally been executed which align with the government regulation and partnership agreement.
  • Conduct evaluation together with the whole staffs – monthly or based on time agreed.

Traceability, data and documentation
  • Ensure that the process of traceability runs on procedure from farmers, agents, to mills level.
  • Train the staffs to utilize PalmOilTrace tools and other relevant documents.
  • Review and verify the data collected by Field Agent before validating in PalmOilTrace system.
  • Ensure the whole activity are being recorded and documented properly.
  • Coordinating
  • Communicate with clients and other significant actors in implementing the program
  • Cooperate with other manager lines to make sure program implementation runs effectively and efficiently.

Reporting
  • Provide regular written report regarding current condition and target achievement to CEO of PT Koltiva.
  • Report finding and evaluation to the CEO of PT Koltiva, and provide recommendation or best solution to improve the program.
  • Provide significant information or update that requested by clients through coordination and knowledge of CEO of PT Koltiva.

Representation
  • Act professionally to represent PT Koltiva during internal and external activities.

Other Duties as assigned.
  • Exercise other duties requested by CEO of PT Koltiva.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree major in agriculture, commodity, or any related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Palm Oil industry and plantation.
  • Understand cultivation principles and palm oil supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with gadget utilization and smartphone/ android system.
  • Ability to establish survey tool to conduct data collection.
  • Deadline oriented and discipline in time is a must.

Koordinator - Jambi

Koordinator Distrik Program Sawit

Persyaratan

  • Sarjana / Diploma jurusan Pertanian, Kehutanan. Minimal dua tahun pengalaman di bidang yang relevan
  • Kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
  • Pengalaman manajerial atau supervisory dalam perencanaan kegiatan dan mengelola anggaran
  • Pengalaman dalam menfasilitasi kegiatan-kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan aplikasi Microsoft office dan familiar dengan gawai berbasis android
  • Pengalaman risiko pemetaan & penilaian Kapasitas di tingkat lokal

  • Have an understanding of HTML 5, CSS preprocessor, JQuery, Ext JS or other JS frontend framework is a plus
  • Have an understanding of REST API and basic programming is mandatory
